I quite like that idea Nef, it makes fluffy sense, seems balanced and yet easy to implement and remember. My two cents.

Just a thought which might solve the T5 problem and help Lower T3 char's aswell.... You're sv is equal to your T... this would stop T5 char's from being invinciblle with 3+ sv while T3 and T4 char's are left with S**t end of the stick

problem solved by individual changes beyond the packages.
characters not being up to date due to this update may continue their temporal existence until they die,
but may only do quests under deadly conditions
(very hard penalties for failing)
and only pass an injury roll on a roll of 5+ instead of 3+.
